Ash y sus amigos llegan a una pequeña aldea llamada Logover donde se detienen a comprar mas medicina. Mientras el Team/Equipo Rocket los espían, ven que Meowth está ardiendo en fiebre; ellos pensaron en dejarlo ahí para ir por Pikachu, pero llega una chica que los regaña por ser unos entrenadores irresponsables al abandonarlo en el bosque y le da una medicina para aliviarlo y Meowth se enamora perdidamente de ella.
