El episodio comienza con nuestros héroes dirigiéndose a Montaña Plateada para dejar a Larvitar en su habitat, el cual se despierta y al ver a Misty se endurece; Brock trata de hacerlo reír con unas caras raras pero lo que logra hacer es hacerlo gritar fuerte. Ash logra calmarlo y en eso Brock escucha el sonido de la cascada y se disponen a ir hasta alla para descansar, sin saber que iban a ser seguidos por el Equipo Rocket.
