El grupo se dirige a ciudad New Bark cuando al pasar por un tunel llegan a la costa en donde Misty saca a todos sus Pokémon de agua para que juegen en el mar excepto Psyduck que aun no sabe nadar; mientras caminan ven un anuncio de un espectáculo de nado sincronizado con Pokémon (como en el gimnasio de ciudad Celeste), algo que Brock hace que corra para allá pensando que habrá chicas hermosas.
