Todo comienza cuando Ash, Brock y Misty están en el Centro Pokémon mirando el mapa de una ruta para ir a Ciudad Cedro, de pronto empiezan a sonar las campanas de la torre Latón y aparece Morti creyendo que como las campanas de la torre suenan es señal de que va a regresar el legendario Ho-oh pero aparece Eusine y supone que podría ser el legendario Suicune que se aparezca.
