Ash, Misty, Brock y sus Pokémon almorzaban y luego toman una siesta, Politoed se levantó a comer una bola de arroz pero se le cayó y cuando fue a buscarla una chica animadora lo vio y pensando que era su Politoed llamado Bean se lo lleva porque tenían entrenamiento, cuando llegan los Pokémon de hierba (conformados por 5 Bellossom, 3 Jumpluff y 3 Sunflora) de la chica incluyendola no reconocen a Politoed, pero lo que si le gusta el Politoed son sus alegres aplausos.
