Todo empieza cuando Ash, Misty y brock están en busca de un lugar cercano donde comer, seguidos secretamente por Jigglypuff. Más tarde, después de tanto caminar encuentran un pequeño pueblo. Mientras caminaban por el pueblo, Togepi saltó de los brazos de Misty para ocultarse tras unos arbustos, en donde un grupo de Igglybuff bailaban junto a su entrenadora. Al poco tiempo, nuestros amigos llegan donde se encontraba el pequeño Pokémon.
