El episodio comienza con un repaso de lo visto en el episodio anterior, cuando el dirigible donde se encontraban Ash y Misty, cae en una isla desconocida. Ambos ante un sentimiento de incertidumbre, temían haber caído en una isla deshabitada (sobre todo Misty quien creyó que ahora tendrían que vivir de frutas e insectos), pero para su suerte, la isla donde habían caído, era una isla turística llena de habitantes y turistas, Isla Tangelo.
