En camino hacia Ciudad Iris, nuestros héroes se detienen por un dolor estomacal que afecta a Ash, cuando de pronto aparece ante ellos un anciano, que se hace llamar Ruco/Viejo Shuckle que les dice que puede curar a Ash. Le da a nuestro amigo una medicina parecida a unas semillas, Ash las traga y después de marearse un poco su dolor de estómago desaparece.
