Goku hace un viaje para desafiar a Chintaiken, un reputado luchador de Artes Marciales. Chintaiken está ocupado defendiéndose de Rising Dragon y sus dos hombres, cuando este cae enfermo y debe ser defendido por Goku. Chintaiken le pide a Goku que pelee por él contra Rising Dragon en un combate frente al Rey de la Ciudad por lograr el respeto que su escuela de artes marciales merece. Goku pelea contra él, acabando vencedor. Los hermanos Dragón se unen a las enseñanzas de Chintaiken.
