Goku logra llegar a casa de Bulma, pero esta se encuentra en clases. La joven llega a casa mientras Goku decide que hacer y lo invita a pasar. Ya dentro Bulma le presenta a su padre, el Dr. Brief, y va a arreglar el Radar Dragón. Tras arreglar el radar, la joven decide acompañar a Goku y para ello ha inventado el Micro Band que le permite encogerse. Con ello pretende viajar sobre Goku cuando el joven suba a la nube Kinton. Mientras tanto, el ejército Red Ribbon envía a Husky para robar las dos Bolas de Dragón de Goku. Bulma y Goku hacen una visita por la ciudad y se encuentran con Yamcha, Oolong y Puar, decidiendo ir todos a un parque de atracciones en lo alto de un obelisco.
