Goku se marcha en la nube voladora a buscar al general, pero es seguido por las tres niñas, con quienes entabla amistad. Blue escapa antes de que Goku llegue al lugar donde cayó el avión y se encuentra con varios de los peculiares habitantes de Villa Pingüino, buscando a Senbei Norimaki para conseguir un avión. Después de un largo rato buscando, a Goku se le ocurre usar el Radar para encontrar al general, pero esta de nuevo estropeado. Arale lo lleva con el Dr. Norimaki para repararlo.
