Goku despierta en mitad del bosque y trata de buscar alimento. Roshi, previendo los problemas que pueden suceder, piensa en trasladar la Kame-House a otra isla para buscar refugio. Goku, mientras, encuentra un gran pez que está siendo asado en una hoguera en mitad del bosque y se lo come. Cuando está terminando, un hombre de la montaña emerge de los matorrales, irritado y reclamando su almuerzo.
