Varios Ishbalianos se esparcen en diferentes puntos de Amestris, Scar confronta a muerte a Wrath. Ed, Al, Izumi, Mustang y May están frente a la forma verdadera de Padre, May les pide a los Elric que la dejen sola ante el mientras ellos se encargan del pequeño Pride. May ataca a Padre pero rápidamente es derrotada por él, Al intenta protegerla. Ed confronta solo a Pride logrando causarle daño. Izumi y Alphonse atacan a Padre quien toma a sus 5 sacrificios para abrir la Puerta de la Verdad del mundo, Greed lo ataca por sorpresa pero no logra hacerle daño, Padre activa el sello y abre las puertas de la tierra y del cielo causando otro holocausto más en Amestris, parecido a lo que sucedió hace tiempo en Xerxes esta vez para absorber a Dios.
