Edward despierta una vez más ante los ojos de la verdad. Mientras tanto Greed/Ling se enfrenta al Fuhrer Bradley quien al tropezarse cae hacia una fosa, a un costado de los cuarteles. No sin antes ser herido por uno de los soldados de Briggs, Ling se acerca al moribundo Bucaneer, quien le promete que no dejará que nadie pase las puertas centrales del cuartel derrotando a todos los soldados del Fuhrer. Aparecen Izumi, Ed y Alphonse respectivamente ante Padre quien ha ingerido a Hohenheim, los tres se preparan para luchar, pero algo sucede con Al. Roy, Scar y Hawkeye siguen luchando contra los posibles Führer. Uno de ellos captura a la teniente, para luego cortarle el cuello con el fin de que Roy se vea obligado a abrir la puerta de la verdad.
