Brock y Misty paran en el bosque para poder comer mientras esperan a Ash ya que fue a buscar agua y entre los arbustos unos ojos siniestros miran a los chicos pero desaparecen cuando llega Ash con el agua. Misty le pide a Ash el pan que se le encargo cuidar pero cuando Ash va a buscar el pan que guardó en su mochila ya no estaba, Ash preocupado piensa que se la pudieron robar ya que su Pokédex, Medallas y Poké Balls están allí. Brock de repente ve unas pisadas de Pokémon y las deciden seguir.
