Un combate espectacular está teniendo lugar en el interior de las entrañas de Buu. Vegeta y Gokū parecen tener dificultades. Pero para poner fin a esa desventaja Vegeta decide liberar al Buu gordinflón que estaba en el interior de Boo. Rápidamente el cuerpo de monstruo comienza a convulsionarse. Está llevando a cabo una transformación y nuestros amigos deben darse prisa en abandonar su cuerpo antes de quedar atrapados. Por suerte consiguen llegar al exterior llevándose consigo a Gohan, Piccolo, Goten y Trunks. Pero Boo parece muy distinto... ha cambiado de aspecto y parece terriblemente peligroso.
