Goku y Pan siguen en búsqueda de recuperar las esferas en manos de los dragones malignos. Están decididos a reunirlas todas y en el camino purificarlas. Con ese fin, llegan donde el segundo dragón, el cual utiliza la técnica del “relámpago Dragón”, que por un instante tumba a Goku. El pequeño, no duda por mucho tiempo y decide transformarse en Super Sayajin 4, con lo que obtiene la evidente ventaja. Luego de cierta lucha, logran recuperar la segunda esfera, la de cinco estrellas.
