Ginger Town es un pueblo que se encuentra muy cerca del lugar en donde estaba la misteriosa máquina del tiempo. Súbitamente, los habitantes de este pueblo han comenzado a desaparecer. Kami sama, que ha estado observando la situación desde su palacio, comprende que algo grave está ocurriendo y finalmente decide unirse a Piccolo. El nuevo guerrero Namekuseijin se dirige con su increíble nuevo poder hacia Ginger Town, y es allí cuando el misterioso monstruo responsable de las desapariciones se muestra ante Piccolo.
